Governance

Token & governanceRoadmap

No token exists yet and no raise is open. The launch venue is decided: a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve graduating into a DAMM v2 pool. Terms and governance are published here before anything goes live.

Status

Nothing on this page exists yet. Any token claiming to be zuvie is not ours. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy anything.

Why it would fit

An internet capital markets raise asks holders to trust a team with capital. The rest of these docs are built so that trust is not needed for the parts that matter most:

  • Performance verifiable from chain data, by anyone. See Transparency.
  • Risk limits published before trading. See Strategy.
  • Custody described honestly, with every unshipped part labelled. See Custody & security.

The launch path: Meteora DBC → DAMM v2

The token launches on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve: trading starts against a virtual pool, and the price moves along a configurable curve as buys accumulate quote tokens. When the pool reaches its migration threshold, Meteora's migrator graduates it into a DAMM v2 liquidity pool — the required target for new launches — with support for locked liquidity and vesting. Launch protection (fee schedulers, anti-snipe options) is part of the curve config.

What this means for zuvie: price discovery, distribution and post-launch liquidity all happen onchain from day one — the same verifiability standard the agent itself is built around. Curve parameters, allocation and any lock or vesting terms will be published here before launch.

Governance, if adopted

How the treasury and protocol decisions get made after launch is not decided. One candidate is futarchy via MetaDAO decision markets, where proposals pass only if traders expect them to increase the token's value — a governance layer as verifiable as the agent's trades. The model chosen, if any, will be documented here before it is used.

Roadmap. No token exists today; the launch venue is Meteora's bonding curve into DAMM v2, with terms published before launch. Governance model undecided. This page changes before any of it happens.
